Transferring Credits into the Executive Bachelor Program

Students who have completed at least 60 ECTS or equivalent at a legally registered institution in any field of study with one year of managerial experience may be eligible to transfer credits into the executive bachelor program.

Those credits might be earned as separate courses that you have attended at any training and development center. In this case, the minimum required courses/training is no less than 8 different courses.

Eligibility RequirementsTo be eligible for transfer credits, students must meet the following requirements:

The previous institution must be legally registered in its country.
The student must have completed at least 60 ECTS credits in any field of study. Or The student must have attended and completed 8 training courses in different subjects.
The student’s managerial experience must be relevant to the bachelor program they are applying to.

This unit shows how an organisation recruits and selects staff. It describes the process that a business has to go through when recruiting staff, including the documents necessary to help select the right person for the job and plan to take part in a selection interview. The legislation surrounding recruitment and selection is explained, along with how these laws affect a business.
The unit examines the role of the Human Resource department, indicating the vital role that it plays in helping an organisation achieve its business objectives. It also indicates the processes involved in a job interview or participation on a selection panel.
The unit identifies the difficulty that staff within a Human Resource department experience as they prepare documents in readiness for advertising a job and then assessing applicants against the set criteria, describing what can and cannot be put in job adverts and what employees may ask potential employees during a job.

Admission Requirements

Admission is Open! The regular/standard program can be enrolled at any time. To enroll in the Executive Bachelor program, the requirements are:

Admission Criteria

Previous study: High School or equivalent
Age: 23 Years or more
English: IELTS 5.5, or equivalent. However, you do not need such a certificate if you are:
- From English-speaking countries, or
- A high school certificate holder from an English-speaking school, or
- Conditionally, a full-time employee of an English organization for the last 2 years. In this case, need to prove the duration and Job position and you will be asked to take our English Test.
- Are you Fluent in English? You can take our English Test!
Work Experience:
- The applicants must submit a document(s) proving that they have at least four years of managerial work experience in the same or relevant field of the specialization they want to study. Or,
- If the applicant has a post-secondary study, each year of work experience can be replaced by an academic year. For the replacement to take place, a transcript must be submitted. Bearing in mind that the number of years of practical experience should not be less than three years.

Credit Transfer

Students who have completed one or more years of study at a higher or further educational institution have the opportunity to apply for credit transfer. This process enables them to continue their studies seamlessly from the stage where they left off, potentially reducing the overall duration of their academic program and the fee as well.

In Addition to the above requirements, the applicant has to submit a copy of the transcript to prove that the applicant has successfully completed the 1^st and/or 2^nd year of the program.
If the applicants have been awarded a diploma from the previous study, a copy of the diploma is required as well.
Please note that there is an additional fee for those applicants who would like to transfer their credits.

Study Method

The default study method is automatically applied. Therefore, if the applicant wishes to enroll in another method it must be mentioned in the application form.

Dual Award

The default program is automatically applied, which is Avrio Award only. Therefore, if the applicants wish to enroll in the dual award, they must mention it in the application form.
