Tuition Fees

1.1 The fees provided above encompass the fundamental and mandatory fees necessary for students to commence their studies until graduation. Whereas the optional and on-demond fees are not mandatory and you may will not be asked to pay them as long as you do not need/request any additional service to the self-study program.
1.2. All fees are subject to change without prior notice.
1.3. The fee indicated above must be remitted to the institute’s account irrespective of the chosen payment method. Any transaction fees incurred shall be borne by the students and not by the Institute.
1.4. There is no hidden fee. However, any request doesn’t belong to your study program you apply for or is not mentioned as the additional-Optional Fee, a fee might be applicable up to 99 CHF per working hour plus the cost.
1.5. Taxes such as Dividend Tax, income Tax, Quality Tax or/and Interests Tax.. etc. are not included, and they might get required where they are applicable.
1.6. Quality Tax fee (9.9% out of the fees mentioned above) applies to all fees.
1.7. Refund policy: Tuitions are due with enrolment. Once the program started (tuitions collected) no tuitions will be repaid. Students, who do not pay tuition after admission are not enrolled.
1.8. All Unpaid-Administrative and Optiona/Conditional Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
1.9. The Institute does not bear any inflation that occurs in the markets, and therefore the occurrence of inflation in the market will be reflected in the fees and includes all enrolled students, even if they have paid all the fees but have not graduated, and who wish to enroll.

3. The examination takes place at the end of the academic year as assignments.
4.1. A.Q. Tax fee, 9.9%, applies to the net fee and to all optional /on-demand fees as well.
4.2. The fees above are the total net tuition fee for the study program and they are true as long as the total enrollment fee gets paid in advance. However, upon request, there is a possibility to pay the enrollment fee in installments with an additional fee of 5% per term (One Term = 3 Months).
4.3. The Tuition fees above are for the Online Self-Study program (eLearning)
4.4. The program must be completed within the given period. Otherwise, please check #10.
4.5. The application fee is not a part of the tuition fee and it must be paid separately.
4.6. The refund policy is applicable.
5.1. Since service and support fees are not mandatory and are collected on demand or needed, they are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
5.2. These fees are typically used to cover the cost of providing services such as technical support, tutoring, counseling..etc.
5.3. The amount of the fee may vary depending on the services that are provided.
5.4.The Fee or part thereof may be waived in some cases that are considered individually.
5.5A.Q. Tax applies to the fees below (+9.9%)
6. Additional Semester fee might be applicable.
7. In the event that your embassy requires more than 50 Swiss francs for the legalization, the amount will be added automatically, and we will notify you to pay it.
8. It is true if your embassy is up to 500KM far away from Geneva. The Fee mentioned above covers the travelling. So, the Embassy fees & requirements are not included.
9. No passing the initial check is equal to no passing the defence. However, in this this case, the fee is 50% of the redefence fee.
10. If #4.4 is not true, an additional semester is required.
11. Must be paid in Advance. If the student is right, the student will get a full refund. However, if the fees are not paid in full, the amount will be considered part of the tuition fees.
12. The rate is per hour and it is non-refundable fee. 5 Hours must be paid in advance.
