PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

AIM
The aim of Institut Avrio de Genève’s program is to foster your talent for computer technology, as well as teach you to apply those skills to develop and manage original and innovative solutions within computing technology. You will additionally learn to design new software’s, within the areas of music, accounts, arts and science. You will learn development tools that are languages, development software’s, and operating systems.
Once you graduate you will have attained a qualification that is recognized within the industry. You will have the skill to design and later implement those computer-based systems that are linked with multimedia, Information technology and so much more. Full Bachelor Program
Do you have the desire to turn your passion for information technology and computing into a career? If yes, then the program of the Bachelor in IT offered by Avrio institute is definitely a course you should consider.
Our online IT Diploma course includes 10 modules to study at each level/year. The course is designed to equip you with the skills you need to go on to become an IT professional. Whilst studying this course students will develop their skills in programming, systems analysis, and design, software development. Upon successful completion of the course, students can pursue a career in IT.
Upon graduation, the student will get a Bachelor’s Diploma in IT from Avrio Institute.
Associate Bachelor in IT and Computing
The student may study the 1st and 2nd years only, upon request and through Avrio Institute they can do top-up to a full Undergraduate Degree from one of our partners accredited UK universities.
In this case, the study program will be compressed, to ensure that the 2-Years program helps you in your professional life. Even if you later would like to continue studying at Avrio Institute or at any other educational institution to obtain a bachelor’s your background from Avrio with the diplomas you get, upon graduation, will help you a lot in getting accepted.
The students who finish the program successfully, Associate Bachelor, they will get Avrio Diploma and, upon request, a diploma Level 5 accredited by Ofqual from our partner institution in the UK.

One-Year Diploma in IT
What if you need to study for one year only? Also, the students may apply to study at Avrio for the 1st year of the Bachelor program in order to get a Diploma of one year Only.
In this case, the study program you will study is the first-year program of the associate Bachelor program mentioned above, which helps you in your professional life. Even if you later would like to continue studying at Avrio institute or at any other educational institution to obtain a bachelor’s your background from Avrio with the diplomas you get, upon graduation, will help you a lot in getting accepted.
The students who finish the program successfully, Associate Bachelor, they will get Avrio Diploma and, upon request, a diploma Level 4 accredited by Ofqual from our partner institution in UK.

Transfer credits
To transfer your credits from other institutions, you need to send your application including an official transcript from your previous institution.
Please note Avrio Institute does not accept application onto the last semester. So, you may repeat a semester. What does it mean? You need to study for one year at Avrio at least, otherwise, you do not get the Diploma from our partner which is an accredited diploma by Ofqual in the UK.
In this case, your application fee will be 390 Euro instead of 190 Euro.

Admission Criteria
- To enroll in the full Bachelor program, the requirements are:
- Previous study: High School certificate or equivalent
- Age: 18 Years or more
- English: IELTS 5.5, or equivalent. However, you do not need such a certificate if you are:
- From English-speaking countries, or
- A high school certificate holder from English-speaking schools, or
- Conditionally, a full-time employee of an English organization for the last 2 years. In this case, need to prove the duration and Job position and you will be asked to take our English Test.
- Selecting intake: Our program has been designed to give a chance to all students to start their studies when they are ready to take this step towards their better tomorrow. The applicants who would like to enroll in this program, have to select the intake they would enroll into. At Avrio Institute we do have 5 Main intakes per year, and there is a possibility to individually start with convincing reasons. In total we do have 10 intakes per year, they are as below:
- Main Intakes: They take place during the 1st Week of January, March, May, August, or October
- Individual intakes: They take place during the 1st Week of February, April, June, September, or November
- NOTE: December and July have no intakes because we do issue Diplomas in those months.
- To enroll onto the 2nd or 3rd year (Transfer credits):
- In Addition to the above requirements (No. #1), the applicant has to submit a copy of the transcript to prove that the applicant has successfully the 1st or 2nd year of the program.
- If the applicants have awarded a diploma from the previous study, a copy of the diploma is required as well.
- Please note that there is an additional fee for those applicants who would like to transfer their credits.
The Academic Cycle

On completion of this course, students will graduate with the following certificates:
- Bachelor in Information Technology Diploma in the specialization from Institut Avrio de Genève (read more about the quality of education)
- The own University Bachelor of Science of Information Technology of Azteca University in Mexico with the respective specialisation of the respective Institut Avrio de Geneve diploma. The University is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education in Mexico, and the degree is issued by the University itself.
Optional: Upon submitting the application for admission, the student can request to enroll in the joint program that qualifies the student upon graduation to obtain a Bachelor in IT from a British University with an additional fee of 3,500 EUR. (The duration may need to be extended up to 6 Months)
