Regular MBA
Upon graduation, the graduate will obtain, in addition to Avrio MBA, if
applicable, an official recognized Master’s degree from our partner, the UCN University in Nicaragua. To finish this program successfully, you need to pass all examinations and the defense.
You will study for one year, and you will have 6 months to focus on your thesis. You can start working on your thesis whenever you want. However, you can submit it for the defense after 15 months from your intake date.
One-Year MBA Program
The student may study for one year only, and once they finish the program successfully, obtain, in addition to Avrio MBA, if applicable, the Master of the University, Own title, from our partner, the Azteca University in Mexico.
One-Year Master of Research Program
The student may apply for the Thesis-Based master’s program, and once they finish the program successfully, they
obtain an M.Phil. from Avrio Institute. However, if they hold a Postgraduate Diploma, which they can obtain, in addition to Avrio Award, if applicable, an official recognized MSc degree from our partner, the UCN University in Nicaragua.
Two-Year MBA & MSc Porgram:
Upon graduation, the graduate will obtain, in addition to Avrio MBA, if
applicable, an official recognized MSc degree from our partner, the UCN
University in Nicaragua.
To finish this program successfully, you need to pass all examinations and the defense.
You will study for one year, and you will have another year to focus on your thesis. You can start working on your thesis whenever you want. However, you can submit it for the defense after
21 months from your intake date.
Transfer credits
To transfer your credits from other institutions, you need to send your application including an official transcript
(Attestation) from your previous institution.
Please note that Avrio Institute does not accept applications for the last semester. So, you may repeat a semester to cover one year of study. What does it mean? You need to study for one year at Avrio at least, otherwise, you may not be eligible for any dual award at Avrio Institute.

Master Programs:
Avrio Institute does offer 3 Master’s programs in the field of Business and Management, as below:
Regular MBA: The regular duration is 1.5 years. The first year is the study year, whereas the last 6 months are for the thesis writing.
One-Year MBA: One year of study without thesis. Recommended for those who hold a Master’s in another field and want to change their career path.
Research-Based Master (MSc): The duration is one year for the thesis work.
Recommended for those who hold a Bachelor in other field and Postgraduate
diploma in Business field, or those who hold a 4-Year Bachelor in the Business
field with 5 years of managerial experience.
MSc: The duration is 2 years. The first year is the study year, whereas the
second year is for the thesis work.
The program is being offered as a dual award program with UCN University,
which allows the student to obtain upon graduation an official recognize
Master’s degree issued by the University in addition to the Avrio’s award. The
student must apply for the dual award to confirm the program.
The one year program is offered is a dual award program with Azteca University
which will issue an Executive MBA for our graduates.
Admission Criteria
The minimum requirements to enroll in a Master program are:
- The Regular Admission:
- Previous study: Bachelor or equivalent
- Recommended Age:
- Regular program: 21 Years or more
- One-Year Program: 23 Years or more
- Research-Based: 25 years or more:
- English: IELTS 6, or equivalent. (Not required for English-speaking countries or for students who studied previously in English)
- Recommended Experience: It is not a prerequisite, but it increases the value of your application for admission.
- Regular program: One Year or more
- One-Year Program: 3 Years or more
- Research-Based: 5 years or more in the same managerial field of the research.
- Transfer credits Admission:
- In Addition to the above requirements for the full program, the applicant has to submit a copy of an official transcript.
- If the applicants have been awarded a certificate from the previous study, such as Diploma Level 7, a copy of the certificate is required as well
The minimum duration, in this case, is 6 months, and the tuition fee is 50%. No Joint award is applicable.
- Joint/Dual Award Admission:
If the applicants wish to enroll in a Join/Dual award program, they
must mention that while they are submitting the application. Otherwise, they
declare that they waive all the features of that program, which will reduce the
enrollment fee as well.
The Academic Cycle
Selecting intake: Our program has been designed to give a chance to all students to start their studies when they are ready to take this step to create a better tomorrow. Therefore, the applicants have to select the intake. Avrio Institute does have 5 Main intakes per year, and there is a possibility to start individually with convincing reasons. In total we do have 10 intakes per year, as below:
- Main Intakes: January, March, May, August, or October
- Individual intakes: February, April, June, September, or November
NOTE: December and July have no intakes due to the Christmas, New Year, and Summer holidays in addition to the graduation matters.

On completion of the One or One and Half years Master course, students will graduate with the following certificates:

University. The students must apply for the dual program while they are
submitting the application for admission.
